Ten tips for total wellness in 2020

Happy Thursday everyone! I don’t know about you but this first week in January is really flying by! It will be interesting to see if this intense and fast moving is the vibe of the entire year.

While I don’t feel the new year is the only time for a fresh start, it is a good time to focus on what we’d like to create for ourselves for the year ahead.

Who doesn’t want to feel healthy, abundant, joyful and balanced? I’ve composed ten manageable tips for total (mind, body spirit) wellness to practice in 2020 in order to feel your absolute best. 💙

TIPS FOR TOTAL WELLNESS IN 2020:

1. Drink lots of water (tea counts!)

2. Eat real foods, (you know, the stuff you can pronounce), most of the time. But savor treats!

3. Practice presence.

4. Really feel your feelings (but don’t indulge them).

5. And find the funny (laugh hard often!)

6. Look for something in the here and now to be grateful for (and practice this daily).

7. Accept where you are.

8. But take one manageable action step each day to get where you’d like to be.

9. Spend time in nature.

10. Focus your energy on what you enjoy (and cultivate the feelings it brings)

BONUS TIP:
11. Be still and connect to your divine wholeness (you are more than enough just as you are).

That’s it! I plan to really focus on acceptance, presence and cultivating good feelings this year.
