I was so lucky to receive a healing Reiki treatment from Jackie shortly after the birth of my third child. There had been complications surrounding the delivery, an extended 5 day hospital stay and my baby was placed in the NICU for 24 hours. It was a lot to process and on top of that upon discharge from the hospital, I was diagnosed with severe hypertension and was instructed to take blood pressure readings every day, three times a day. The act of preparing to take a reading always made me so nervous and full of tension, the conditions in which a reading is taken have to be just-so to ensure accuracy. As a result, the hour leading up to a reading was full of stress, that tension alone was proving to cause a huge spike in my readings. I was at a loss of what to do and how to calm my fears and anxieties surrounding the blood pressure readings. 

Jackie knew exactly what to do, despite us being unable to be in the same city. I cannot recommend her services enough, she was so kind and attentive and her response time was immediate. She sensed the urgency of the situation and was able to calm my severe anxiety which lowered my sky high blood pressure over the course of 15 minutes. It was astonishing! As she was focused and working on me, I was repeatedly taking my blood pressure readings as instructed by my physician. My blood pressure went from well above normal to normal during the treatment. My mind was calmed, my heart stopped racing, my breath was relaxed and my blood pressure reflected that. I avoided a hospital stay by being able to keep my mind clear, my blood pressure normal and my anxiety at bay. I must add that I had tried on my own to be calm and relaxed before a blood pressure reading, for days prior to reaching out to her for a treatment. It wasn't until her attentive, powerful, nurturing Reiki treatment was completed that I had lower blood pressure results and felt safe and calm. Jackie's role in my recovery was crucial and I will forever be thankful!
